I wanted to play with B&W photos today for something a little different. This was the first shot I took out of about 10. The tall grass looks like it’s blown over by the wind (motion) but it was really a calm day. Taken with 7D w/ 50mm @ f2.0 for 1/400 sec.

more motion! What’s good sometimes specially during the day. Tripod + ND filter (aka sunglasses) for your lens) works well to darken things up so you can get down to 1/5 of less of a second to get blurry motion.
Yea, I need to buy a 52mm filter and a tripod but it really wouldn’t have made a difference… there wasn’t any wind!
